A standard-sized recycled light bulb textured with a torch, filled with Oregon rain from a specific month of the year (engraved on the bulb) with a tube of man-made crystals from Czechoslovakia, appropriate to that month, down the center of the bulb, and topped by a Beehive brass bell from India. It is called “Ice-by-Fire because it looks like melting ice and that effect is created with fire.
